ESI acquires right of business for ST Audio product line (by September 1st, 2003)
ESI, Ego Systems Inc. (www.esi-pro.com), announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the complete rights of business for the ST Audio (www.staudio.com) product brand beginning September 1, 2003. ESI will manufacture, distribute, develop, and update hardware and drivers for the full range of ST Audio products. ESI will take over all pro-audio production line responsibilities in addition to providing an energetic and dynamic sales department to service both current and future ST Audio customers.
